Jeff + Janine | married

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Jeff + Janine. From the first phone conversation with Janine — who was planning their Chattanooga wedding from Cincinnati — I knew that they were a good fit for our style of photography. They were incredibly nice, thoughtful, and a ton of fun to photograph. We always love getting to know the bridal party, and the families that are involved, and this day didn’t disappoint! The bridesmaids were so hilarious, it was actually difficult to get a ‘serious’ shot at all, much less one where one of them wasn’t cracking a joke. The guys were also fun: laid back and genuine as ever. It was cool to see how the families came together as well; Janine’s family from the Chattanooga area, and Jeff’s from Ohio. It was also cool to see friendships that had grown over the years; the bridal party from Janine’s parents’ wedding (in the 1960’s!) were all present at this wedding!

Patten Chapel was beautiful as always, and Cheryl and her team from Blissful Moments was great for keeping things rolling exactly as planned. Helen and the crew from Humphrey’s Flowers did an outstanding job creating a beautiful atmosphere at both the chapel, and The Sheraton Read House, whose Silver Ballroom was the reception site. Luma Designs lit up the Read House‘s Terrace Room, where Band 24/7 belted out some amazing harmonies and great tunes all night.
