Rachel | bridal fashion shoot

I recently had the opportunity to photograph at one of my favorite Chattanooga venues: the Hunter Museum of American Art. It was a bridal fashion session for Rachel, just a few days before her wedding.

It was a high-pressure shoot, but not because of the venue, nor Rachel, nor her sweet mother. I tend to put pressure on myself to produce great photographs. So when Rachel came from the dressing room looking so stunning in her gown, I realized that if the pictures weren’t breathtaking, then it was certainly not her fault! As Harry S. Truman used to quote: “the buck stops here.” Hopefully I’ve done justice to Rachel in some of these photographs; a mix of film + digital (I’m hybrid these days…) and lit either naturally, or with the tremendous Mola Setti!
